Michael Stone | Daily Discomfort
Michael Stone is a men’s coach, breathwork facilitator, and founder of Daily Discomfort, a men’s community and coaching platform focused on building resilience, self-trust, and grounded masculinity through movement, breath, and honest conversation. With a background in strength training, endurance sport, yoga, and breathwork, Michael’s work bridges physical practice with nervous system regulation and embodied self-development. Rather than offering motivation or surface-level mindset work, his sessions are designed to help men step out of numbing patterns, reconnect with themselves and others, and develop practical tools they can return to in everyday life. Daily Discomfort exists to challenge the modern tendency toward comfort, avoidance, and disconnection, creating spaces where men can experience meaningful discomfort in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Michael facilitates in-person events, group sessions, and coaching experiences that prioritise presence, accountability, and real change.
