Speakerstephspeak is the work of Stephanie Tranquille, a globally recognised speaker coach, leadership trainer and Emotional Intelligence educator trusted by some of the world’s most influential brands, including Amazon, AWS, Amazon Ads, L’Oréal, TikTok, Twitch and Prime Video. With 24,000+ people trained and more than two decades of corporate and leadership experience, Stephanie brings a rare combination of communication mastery, behavioural insight and lived experience to every workshop.
During her time at Amazon Ads, Stephanie created and led the Global Speaker Program, growing it from 31 to 428 accredited speakers across 19 months - a program now considered the global benchmark for speaker development inside the organisation.
Her work blends Emotional Intelligence, communication principles and speaker coaching with grounded lived experience, helping people understand themselves deeply, communicate with clarity and confidence, and grow into the leaders they’re capable of becoming. Stephanie’s approach is practical, human and transformational - equipping individuals and teams to stay composed under pressure, build empathy, elevate their presence and lead with meaningful impact.
