Founded in 1997, Six Seconds is a global non-profit organization dedicated to the development of emotional intelligence. We are a community of changemakers contributing to a world of insight, connection, and purpose. We think the world would be a better place if a billion people were practicing the skills of emotional intelligence. We help people be “smarter with feelings” by providing training and creating evidence-based tools and methods to support transformational change in individuals and organizations, from schools to multi-national companies. We have a global footprint, with offices and representatives in over 25 nations and a community that spans 200 countries and territories.
