Wholehearted Yoga with Mei
Mei creates an authentic and welcoming environment for people to freely explore their voices, breath, bodies and mind through yoga and sound. She is passionate about the wellbeing of others and aspires to help connect people to their authentic selves. Her goal is to share the joys in sound and benefits of yoga in a fun, compassionate and inclusive way.
Mei has been practising yoga for over two decades and completed her 500 hour yoga teacher and meditation training. Her style focuses on releasing tension and potential trauma, cultivating self-love and awareness to help people re-ignite a connection between their mind and body.
Mei is also a sound practitioner and integrates sound healing into her classes. She is passionate about healing and has devoted her life to healing and connection with her authenticity.
