It is a Northern Ireland-based organisation committed to promoting employment and entrepreneurship for professionals and entrepreneurs including the ethnic minorities in the region. We strive to empower and engage individuals by providing them with opportunities to flourish in their careers and businesses. Our team and projects aim to support ethnic minority professionals in their employment & business journeys by collaborating with employers, business support organisations, councils, research community and business owners.
We offer a range of services that supports professionals to become entrepreneurs or gain employment. We want to see more ethnic minority alongside majority professionals thrive, contribute and achieve success in Northern Ireland's economic landscape.
