Diverse Communities Team

We are the Diverse Communities team, a part of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Division of the Victorian Department of Health. We are partnering with diverse communities to develop a plan called a Framework and Blueprint for Action to help the mental health and wellbeing system become more responsive to the needs of diverse communities. The Framework and Blueprint will guide the Victorian Government’s action over the next decade.
