Sarah McLachlan is an experienced Women’s Health, Somatic & Empowerment Mentor known for her inspiring, high energy and her passion for maximising health, optimising energy and shining her light for the growth and personal transformation of others.
Sarah has been teaching a wide variety of classes, including Clinical Rehab Pilates, Pilates for Cyclists / Athletes / Mums & Bubs, AntiGravity Yoga and Barre Attack, as well as facilitating Sports Performance Events and workshops in Sydney, Perth and abroad. Over her 17 years as an Ex- Physiotherapist trained at the University of Sydney, Sarah has particularly thrived in sports biomechanics, pelvic floor, pre/post natal care and Women's Heath clinical practice.
Born in Sydney, Sarah established her business MoveTrainGlow in 2012 to offer personal training, group training and the additional nutrition, energy and mindset portions of holistic, all encompassing, healthy living which has taken off since it's conception. Sarah has been sharing her magic locally in Dunsborough, Busselton and Cowaramup in the Margaret River Region of Western Australia since 2015.
A voice for fusing the hard science + the more alternative "woo-woo" on her podcast, Science + Woo with Sarah McLachlan Sarah's own health journey in her 20's with hormone dysfunction, poor gut health and severe skin dermatitis lead her to the become certified as a Human Potential Practitioner, which includes Somatic Experiencing, Timeline Therapy, Family Systems & NLP.
Working on a worldwide scale as a Connection, Love & Life Coach since 2020, Sarah has successful online 1:1 and group coaching programs for self love, personal growth and development, energetic healing and alignment and to create more depth in intimate relationships. Her most loved and sort after programs include Shine: Awaken & Align and her flagship 1:1 program, Attract the One (created in 2020).
An elite athlete who has race overseas numerous times representing Australia, Sarah's life-long sports endeavours have been achieved largely through cycling - on the road bike, mountain biking and more recently trail running. A dancer since she was young, Sarah love to move her body.
Sarah is deeply honoured to lead women across the world in becoming more calm, confident and connected and be the bold, courageous and self empowered feminine who trusts & backs herself fiercely... lead her wild and precious life with unwavering, heart-felt self integrity.
