I’m so excited to connect with you all. A little about me: I’m an Exercise Physiologist, Health Coach, and Business Mentor based on the beautiful Sunny Coast. I’m deeply passionate about bringing like-minded women together to create a supportive community, share solutions, and embrace epic fun and adventure along the way.

I love meeting vibrant women who say YES to adding more colour and joy to their lives!
