A Latin inspired cardio dance workout that mixes low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
It is a total workout, combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a lot of fun.
No dance experience necessary, just a willingness to sweat and laugh a lot!
