These interactive workshop topics include:
Being Market Ready – Two workshops with a focus on preparing yourself and your materials. This will enable you to respond effectively to new opportunities as they arise. They will include organising your credentials, improving portfolios, devising messaging, creating content that reflects your individual point of view, and creating clear action plans for reaching your markets.
Working Together Effectively – Two workshops with a focus on working in teams and collaborating with others, assisting you to devise bigger projects or fine tune existing structures. We will explore methods and practices for working with teams/partnerships, and effective management of collaboration frameworks. We cover and support the operation of project groups and teams, including development of current and future opportunities.Digital Communities – Two workshops with a focus on effective navigation of digital and online tools. We help you identify appropriate technology platforms for building your brand, your project, and your digital communities. You receive support in fine tuning engagement methods, and refining strategies for building reach and growing success.
