Event description

Description

As part of the National Sustainable Living Festival 2018, The Exchange at Knowledge Market presents Zero.

This month-long exhibition brings together projects by RMIT Landscape Architecture, Interior Design and Design Innovation and Technology students envisioning the potential for zero carbon futures in high density urban environments.

Ranging from large-scale urban infrastructure to small personal devices, each project has used the urban environment of Victoria Harbour, Docklands as its focus.

Embracing the festival theme of ‘climate crunch time’, Zero will combine forward thinking ideas surrounding sustainability with innovative design.

Now in its 19th year, The National Sustainable Living Festival is the largest festival of its kind. With a program of over 300 events including talks, forums, workshops, film, art and design events, the festival aims to position sustainability at the forefront of our nation’s consciousness.
