About this Event
I LOVE Yum Cha, who doesn’t right!! This class was scheduled to bring in the Chinese Luna New Year but then lockdown happened again! We‘ll learn how to make dumplings two ways, bean curd rolls, delicious Kai larn (that yum Chinese green veg) in ‘oyster‘ sauce, dipping sauces and more, then sit down and eat them together, byo chopsticks if you wish 🥢😁 As classes are limited to 6, maybe 7 at a squeeze I’m prepared to hold extra classes if there is enough interest. NOTE 🌱 This is a Vegetarian Cooking class🌱 but that don’t stop the flavours 💥
