Valley Youth is a service offered by Moonee Valley City Council for young people aged 12 - 25 years old who live, work, study or spend time in Moonee Valley. We provide a range of services, programs, committees, awards and events to support young people in learning skills, developing confidence, making connections, and being involved in the local community.
