About this event

Having employees from different cultural backgrounds aids in strengthening an inclusive workplace. Inclusion is the effort that helps employees feel like an essential part of the team. Join us on 22nd of September at 12 pm AEST and hear from Winitha and Khayshie as they give us practical tips and share their experience on diversity and inclusion in the workplace, they will:

  • demystify what real allyship looks like and how everyone from boards, executives to frontline staff can work towards building an inclusive culture of allyship that’s anti-fragile
  • discuss practical tips you can do on a day to basis
  • outline the low hanging fruit that will create systemic change at a strategic and operational level

Winitha Bonney is a thought leader in building inclusive cultures and supporting clever People of Colour to become exceptional leaders and entrepreneurs. As a thought leader and also working with government and corporates Winitha help’s people who are experiencing marginalisation to unblock their path to leadership.
