It’s Spring. The perfect time of year to spring clean your nutrition - especially after months of comfort eating in lockdown - and reset with some simple and tasty meals utilising fresh seasonal produce.
Spring meal prep doesn’t have to be stressful, time consuming or unhealthy. Creating nutritious meals that will keep you energised has never been easier with simple do ahead planning.
I invite you to join me for an interactive Cooking Workshop where I will teach you simple tips & strategies to manage your nutrition, how to plan ahead of an event to save valuable time and energy in a busy week.
Invite your friends to join for a fun afternoon. A compendium of recipes will be sent ahead of time, either cook along or sit back with a glass of vino and take notes. There will be opportunities to ask questions as we demonstrate each recipe.
This workshop is for you if:
- You are interested to learn simple tips & tricks on how to plan ahead and reduce your time in the kitchen.
- You are looking for inspiration to eliminate the ‘what’s for lunch or dinner’ scenario with some versatile recipes that can be swapped out with vegan or vegetarian options.
- You are interested in how to prepare nutritious meals that boost your energy levels.

- Compendium of recipes, tips & tricks including where to source produce.
- Simple instructions on what to do in advance to get the most out of the live class.
