Your Health and Wellbeing for Vietnamese-Speaking Caregivers (Online)

Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to join us for our coaching workshop Your Health and Wellbeing. This workshop will be delivered in Vietnamese and will be held online, so you can join from the comfort of your own home!

This workshop will provide a welcoming and supportive space where you can discuss the possible health impacts of your caregiving role, think about how you look after yourself and discover practical ways to manage your own health and wellbeing. You will also have the opportunity to meet and connect with other people who understand the joys and challenges of being in a caregiving role.

Please note: This event is open to Australian residents living in Queensland or South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in New South Wales, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
