Your Daily Pause

Join our daily free mindfulness meditation session at 5.30pm AEST, led by experienced facilitators from the Chris O'Brien Lifehouse supportive care team.

All are welcome to join these 15-minute sessions.

Mindfulness is an evidence-based therapy that can help you feel calm and build resilience. In addition to mental wellbeing, research is increasingly showing its benefits for physiological health.
