Event description

Description

Digital Disruption is radical. It will not wait for your business to evolve. It can change your market and competiors overnight.

Our breakfast seminar will grow your understanding of how technology is driving change and inspire you to embrace its enabling role in finding solutions cheaper, quicker and more conveniently. We will also present information on grant opportunities for small businesses to access digital technologies and services to enable them to work smarter and make the most of online business opportunities arising from digital disruption.

Join Dr Dietrich to hear about the latest digital trends and how you can develop a successful digital strategy. “The digital revolution is changing the way we work and communicate, providing countless opportunities and challenges along the way. More than 65 million businesses now have a Facebook business page and customers are expecting to communicate with their favourite brands via various digital and social media channels”, Dr Timo Dietrich, Lecturer, Griffith University and University of Queensland .

"The main objective here is to create a sense of urgency for business leaders to consider technological advancement in the light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution to not be caught off guard and be the next example of not adapting to change and being agile enough to forecast evolving customer demands." Russell Cook, Principal at Matte Black Brand Agency.

With only limited places available, we are facilitating intimate and focussed support for local businesses and nfp's wanting to thrive.

Our breakfast meetings will give you the opportunity to request expert responses in a forum designed by your direct feedback. We will bring in the experts that can help you develop your skills on topics you vote for. We will also ensure you are supported by a Facebook forum which allows you to continue the conversation and connection to this network.

We strike a good balance of a relaxed discussions and networking and an opportunity to profile yourself and your business within an intimate setting in a growing group.

Our strong links with Griffith University and our industry partners means that we can offer you the latest research and industry experience, but will also invite graduating students seeking placements.
