GROW is a peer support mental health organisation that delivers a pathway to mental wellness and recovery for young adults.

About this event

What is Young Adults eGrow?

The Grow Program is a holistic, group support model based on cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), peer support and self-help. Group members connect online weekly and are led by members with a lived experience. Groups offer practical steps and peer support to help you recover your mental health and achieve your personal goals.

About the groups:

1. Young Adults meeting, designed for people aged 18-35 yrs. National Group, open to everyone from Australia, New Zealand and Ireland- WEDNESDAY 7:00pm till 9:00pm

NEW GROUP

2. Young Adults meeting, designed for people aged 18-29 yrs. Victorian Group, open to everyone living in Victoria - MONDAY 6:30 till 8:30pm

When can I participate?

VIC - Monday from 6:30pm AEDT

National - Wednesday from 7:00pm AEDT 

These groups are currently running and are ongoing. Participants can start at anytime. Grow groups are FREE and no referral is required.

Grow is a caring and supportive, community based organisation that has developed a unique program for improving and maintaining mental wellbeing.

For over 60 years, Grow’s pioneering program has helped thousands of Australians to recover from a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, as well as diagnosed mental illness.

GROW is understanding, friendship and practical help in a small group setting.
Grow groups meet weekly and use a Recovery-Focused 12 step program.
