Teenager can attend (accompanied by adult family member). Yoga mats available.
A 45 minute guided meditation followed by watercolour painting and refreshments including homemade GF, sugar free refreshments and locally brewed tea.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow and light sheet. Arrive at 9am.
