YOGA WITH AMY
Amy will guide you through a flowing vinyasa style practice incorporating breath and movement.
The session will commence with an opening mediation then move on to some breath work and to a flowing sequence of postures to build up internal heat and conclude with some deep relaxation .
Through out the session the focus will be building heat in the body to keep warm during the winter months.
Is suitable for beginner to intermediate participants.
About Amy
Amy is a qualified yoga teacher with over 10 years teaching experience. Amy holds a Diploma in Hatha yoga and teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Pre-natal yoga. She also has a Masters in Nutrition, a special interest in Ayurveda and often combines Ayurveda and Western nutrition and yoga sutras in her teachings. Her classes are for beginner to intermediate students gentle yet strong, with a focus on alignment, breathing practices and meditation to create a harmonious balance between mind, body and soul.
Amy currently teaches a weekly yoga class at Beach Lane on Saturdays at 10.45am.
