Bina will teach you how to stretch, move and breathe with some relaxing and refreshing yoga moves. Learn some full body ‘flexibility flow'. You will discover how you can incorporate your body and breath together to move deeper into stretches & positions for greater flexibility and movement.

As an SRMD Yoga teacher, I have the privilege to serve the community and help my students peel off layers of fear and doubt and uncover their true potential. Teaching yoga is exciting, rewarding, and fulfilling as it also makes me a better person each day.
This 5,000-year-old discipline from India has long been popular for its positive physiological benefits. However, the western world, has recognised Yoga for its psychological benefits and has been proven to prevent and treat mental disorders.
As a certified Hatha Yoga teacher (RYT 500 Hrs) with Yoga Australia, I have been teaching yoga for 5 years. I am passionate about students’ functional mobility, relief from physical pain, alleviating stress and negative emotions.
