We teach and practice yoga as laid down in Yog Sutras by Rishi Patanjali 4500 years ago. Join us for rejuvenating sessions to unlock Vedic Secrets behind anti-aging, the key to a youthful and strong body, and a balanced body & mind. The sessions are run by teachers from Dhyan Foundation that have been trained under the guidance of Ashwini Guru Ji of Dhyan Ashram in India.

Our sessions are free of cost purely because we believe that Yoga is a pristine science that loses its efficacy when it is commercialized or has a fee attached to it. Our sessions are open to all and are beginner-friendly too. Simply reserve your spot via Eventbrite.
