You’ll be recharged after a dose of yoga at Urban Yoga. It’s an opportunity to become invigorated in body, clarified in mind and nourished in being. Every yoga session is followed by a vege-licious meal and a mouth-watering dessert so there’s no need to cook or wash dishes afterwards!
Teacher: Prabhava Das
Prabhava Finished his certification in 2001 at the International Yoga Institute (Mumbai).
He has traveled worldwide teaching this science to thousands of people. Taught outdoor yoga to a sea of people at the Pearl River side in Guangzhou China.
Has appeared on TV shows, and done several Astanga workshops in Asia and Australia.
Last shows he's done lately was "Yoga Radio" in Foshan China. Organized by the Guangdong TV

Urban Yoga is a 10 year old inner city community hub for people looking for an authentic spiritual boost. Rise above the fast paced consumer culture and enter an oasis of calm where qualities of wisdom and goodness are valued. Our activities are focus on yoga classes, kirtan music, vegetarian cuisine sessions and talks. All our activities are fully done in a not-for-profit mood and all manpower comes through volunteers. Surprisingly, we have carried on well so far thanks to the wonderful support of all our guests and well-wishers.
