About this Event
Jade Malinovski from Balanced Life Yoga will guide us through a low impact yoga and relaxation session.
This session is free of charge.
Participants will receive a free yoga mat and set of yoga cards to take home.
Please bring along your own rug, pillow and water bottle.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete session paperwork. You will be required to sign an Attendance List, complete a Group Registration form and Consent form prior to the session. There will be a short Evaluation form to complete at the end of the session.
This session is open to 20 registrations.
