Are you a bit run down at this time of year? Christmas is almost here and this year seems to have flown! You might need a bit of peace and calm, slow down, to listen to yourself, to stop rushing and allow yourself to breathe and just be present and relaxed.
Join the amazing Carol Beaudin , Hatha Yoga Instructor, as she will take you to this place of serenity. Breathing, gentle Yoga stretches, an introduction to Kelee Meditation followed by a guided meditation/Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga), that will allow your whole body and mind to relax. It is the perfect gift to yourself.

What can I bring into the event?
You may wish to bring your own favourite yoga mat, or use one of ours; maybe a light blanket and a water bottle. We suggest not to just eat a light meal and best more than 30 minutes beforehand.
