REST, RELAX, RESTORE & CREATE. Join Anna from Yoga Nidra Sunshine Coast for a 45-minute guided meditation followed by a 15-minute watercolour painting (meditation creation) session and tea. Surf the interface between sleeping and waking consciousness and let all thoughts pass by 'like clouds in the sky'.
Yoga Nidra is the most profound rest there is. Research shows that regular practice of relaxation and meditation has beneficial effects on physiological, psychological and emotional health problems including insomnia, panic attacks, high blood pressure, arthritis, asthma, anger, diabetes, IBS, depression, migraines, fatigue, headaches, menopause, and general pain. Anna is a Sunshine Coast based Yoga Nidra Facilitator with Advanced Level Training in Yoga Nidra from the Amrit Yoga Insititute and is a member of Yoga Australia. Anna offers both private and community session for adults and children.

Please arrive 15 minutes before class to set up for supreme comfort. We recommend that you bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye pillow, bolster, and a light sheet or blanket for added comfort. Yoga mats are available upon request. Please text or email to reserve a yoga mat if you don't have one.
