Description

This 8 week course has a focus on developing skills to work with anxiety and depression and buiding emotional resilience.

This class is not so much about fitness or even flexibility, and more about making friends with your body and connecting with your inner landscape.

You will gain the most benefit from attending the course and you are also welcome to come as a casual student.

Learn how to:
* Systematically relax your body & mind; it's a skill.
* Make friends with your body; move mindfully.
* Shift the way you relate to thoughts & feelings for increased
clarity, self compassion & understanding.
* Manage anxiety, depression and stress.

Monday nights in Bega, 5.45pm - 7.15pm, 5th FEBRUARY to 26th MARCH, 2018

$135 for 8 weeks or $20 casual attendance, $120 for term and $15 casual for under 18s

These 90 minute classes include Yoga Nidra relaxation, asana postures, pranayama breathing techniques and a short mindfulness meditation.

I create a relaxed & supportive environment using Trauma Sensitive techniques & my 13 years of teaching experience. No pain or strain in this class, only ease!

What's the refund policy?

Unless its a serious medical issue or family issue, this course is non refundable. The lower cost of the term fee means that even if you miss a class, its still cheaper than attending the same number of classes casually.
