Do you need help to strengthen your Back? Back strength can be achieved by the practise of Yoga.

Yoga is an age old life style that will assist in keeping your back strong and pain free. Today, even doctors are suggesting people practice yoga for their back strength. If your spine is correctly aligned, your muscles will support your back far better than you can imagine.

This workshop is interactive, informative, practical and fun. Even if you have only minimal yoga experience, you will benefit greatly from this workshop

You are in good hands as this workshop is run by Swami Prema Ananda, a teacher that has been teaching for 40 years.
