Yoga for the Mind is an ancient spiritual practice that gives you balance, strength and flexibility, so that you can handle life’s changes and challenges with dignity, poise and ease.

NO NEED FOR YOGA MATS
Yoga for the Mind is not about standing on your head, its about standing on your own two feet and getting grounded in the ancient wisdom of Vedanta; a philosophy that originated in Himalayas over 10,000 years ago.

This workshop is part of a course that runs every Monday evening until 4 Dec.

Facilitator

Meredtih Forder is a philosopher and mentor who presents insights about our modern-day epidemics—stress, anxiety, fear, addictions and depression—and provides a refreshing way to overcome them. She offers the essence of Eastern philosophy to our Western society, bringing a balance between outer success and inner peace of mind.
