You gotta love yoga:) Everyone knows about its incredible benefits but do you know what can make yoga even better? Doing yoga in nature and thus combining two awesome things. Not only do you get all the positive effects from yoga but you also get a health boost by being in a natural environment. This can lead to a true connection with yourself and nature with the happy side effects of increased peace of mind and a healthier body! Anyone can join- it doesn't matter if you've never heard of yoga or you're a dedicated yogi. Yoga is for everyone!
This FREE Yoga class is all about Self-Massage but there will also be time to focus on connecting with nature ;)
Don't forget to wear comfortable clothing and to bring a mat or towel.
