About Eli Haski
Eli is a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor as well as a Yoga teacher. She has been a trainer since 2012, specializing in older adult strength and mobility, people with mental illness, movement dis-function, chronic pain and illness. She has been teaching Yoga, Vinyasa Hatha, Prenatal and Postnatal since 2013 and using all her skills to help people of all ages across Canberra. Her classes are accessible for all levels of fitness and mobility with an emphasis on the breath, moving in a way that feels comfortable and being present in the moment. Through Yoga we can find a place of quiet within ourselves, a place where there is no judgement, no pressure and no label. Where the only thing that needs attention is the breath. In this space we can be completely connected with our body and our breath, escape the chatter of the mind and find peace and contentment within ourselves. Through regular Yoga practice this self-nurturing effect can be long lasting and help us to navigate the journey of life with a positive outlook and a self-nurturing nature allowing us to make choices that are positive and supporting to our needs.
