Description

If you are fortunate enough not to have experienced some form of depression or anxiety, it’s likely you know someone who has. During this workshop we discuss the nervous system and understand the body’s response to stress. Through understanding and using the tools of yoga, learn to support yourself and others during challenging times. Morning tea and take home practice included.
