Yoga for Equestrians
Come join us for a yoga session specifically designed for equestrians at EquiTune - ethical & connected horse riding. This in-person event will help you improve your flexibility, balance, and core strength, all essential for horse riding. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned rider, this yoga class will benefit you and your equine partner. Investment: $444 for the full 10 weeks or $55 pay as you go
Each week combines:
Yoga practices on the mat – improve posture, alignment, breath, and body awareness.
Workbook with yoga poses - rider biomechanics and horse riding exercises - each week we will add to this book with that week’s supporting material.
Optional in-saddle exercises – short, practical riding tasks (beginner, intermediate, and expert) that connect your yoga work directly to your horse.
Dates: every Sunday for 10 weeks from Sunday 12th October from 4pm to 5.30pm
Included: 90 minutes of yoga practice in person and take home workbook with yoga and in the saddle exercises to achieve that week’s theme to support you to be a more balanced rider for your horse.
What to bring: we will provide mats and yoga equipment needed however do bring your own mat if you would prefer. Please bring water and bug spray as we will be outside.
Wet weather protocol: we do have an indoor area that we can go if it’s raining. We will only cancel if there are flood warnings and in this scenario, we will contact you to reschedule.
