Join Mollie on an exploration of some of the oldest tricks in the book of Yoga, and learn how they are still so relevant in todays modern age.
Mollie has recently tried and tested all of the tricks in the book under her teachers guidance in India. PTSD and Anxiety is something she has battled with for the past 9 years, and Yoga has been the one thing that has enabled her to find peace. She firmly believes the practice of Yoga is available to everyone, and holds the power to heal the body and mind.

This workshop will be a total safe, warm, fuzzy, open space and will include :

About the Facilitator :

Mollie Cox is the founder of Jala Yoga, a movement dedicated to reconnecting individuals to themselves, and in turn to the planet. She facilitates many events and regular classes around the Gold Coast, including the beautiful Boheme and Body. She has extensive experience in holding space for the psycho-emotional and energetic transformation that yoga initiates, as well as a thorough understanding of the Anatomy of the human body and the way it moves.
Molllie is a RYT-590 hour yoga teacher with 3.5 years teaching experience and 10 years of practice. She has recently assisted her teacher Yogacharya Lalit in a Teacher Training. She is also a Qualified Body Work + Massage therapist with 8 years experience and an Environmental Activist/ Marine conservationist based in Burleigh Heads.
