Every Monday practice Sri Sri Yoga with me; A holistic way of energizing and integrating mind, body and soul.
Simple & easy to follow traditional Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing technique) and Dhyana (Meditation) for rejuvenation. These Yoga sessions are for everyone, for beginners and for regular practitioners.
