Gentle yoga class to focus on breath, alignment and gentle adjustments to cultivate inner peace and prana (vital energy) that strengthens and nourishes body, mind, and soul.
Move and flow through yoga moving in sync with your breath to enjoy a relaxed, calming state of mind and wellbeing.
