Come and experience the power of yoga and essential oils to overcome stress and anxiety.

Let’s face it: so many of us are dealing with stress and anxiety in our daily lives. We get it, we’ve been there too!

This workshop is about slowing down, tuning in and nourishing our bodies with natural remedies to support our nervous system and bring ourselves back to a state of calm.

Join Marnie Gowans, Wellness Coach and Registered Nurse, and Fran Dargaville, Functional Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher, as we guide you through simple strategies and tools to beat stress and anxiety.

In this class, we’ll share our own experiences with stress and anxiety, plus our favourite tools to overcome stress and anxiety with nutrition, mindset and essential oils.

How the evening will go:

- We’ll start with a gentle, stress-relieving yoga flow (so wear comfy clothes) and meditation
- We’ll then sit together to share our experiences and we’ll discuss our top tips for overcoming stress and anxiety naturally
- We’ll share delicious healthy treats and beverages
