Yoga and meditation bliss bomb: summer day retreat
Join Sarah and Jenny for a joyful summer day retreat in a fabulous location on Chapel Street. Summer is the time to celebrate inner vitality, lightness and wholehearted action. The time is now - are you ready to fully embrace life and consider your dharma (purpose)? Taking place just after school goes back, this retreat provides the opportunity to set realistic goals for your year ahead, and practice mindfulness techniques to stay present and appreciate every moment.
Enjoy both the theory and practice of meditation and yoga, taught by experienced and respected teachers. Think yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and mindfulness techniques, and a deep, guided relaxation. Also enjoy some little gifts and surprises along the way.
The retreat is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced yoga and meditation practitioners. Lunch is not included, but you wouldn’t want to miss out on Chapel Street’s incredible café experience (and shopping!). 10% of profits will be donated to The Yoga Foundation, a charity that takes yoga to people who cannot access it easily (eg the homeless). Limited places available.
