Yoga and meditation bliss bomb: autumn day retreat

Join Sarah and Jenny for a refective autumn day retreat in a fabulous location on Chapel Street. Autumn is a time of beauty and change, an opportunity to turn inward and encourage contemplation and self-study. If winter equals savasana (corpse pose) in our yoga practice, autumn is a seated forward bend - a preparation for peace, quiet and healing. Autumn can also be a time of fatigue, however, even a little sadness as the days become shorter and cooler. Let's dive into winter gracefully together.
Enjoy both the theory and practice of meditation and yoga, taught by experienced and respected teachers. Think yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and mindfulness techniques, and a deep, guided relaxation. Also enjoy some little gifts and surprises along the way.
The retreat is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced yoga and meditation practitioners. Lunch is not included, but you wouldn’t want to miss out on Chapel Street’s incredible café experience (and shopping!). 10% of profits will be donated to The Yoga Foundation, a charity that takes yoga to people who cannot access it easily (eg the homeless). Limited places available.
