How do I get the Members Discount?

All attendees registering should be YIPS members in order to obtain the Members Discount. You will need to enter a promotional code under "promotional code" when purchasing your tickets.

The promotional code is available to registered members only - either from the original email invitation sent to members, by logging in to the members-only section of the yips.org.au website or by emailing events@yips.org.au

You will need to regsiter as a YIPs member via www.yips.org.au prior to emailing us for the code.

How can I pay for my tickets?

Payment is by credit card only (Visa or MasterCard).

Please contact us at events@yips.org.au if you wish to register and pay for a group of 10 or more attendees (all of whom must be YIPs members and subject to ticket availability).

Can you issue a receipt/tax invoice?

Your ticket is your invoice - please retain a copy of the ticket for your records as these will be collected on the night. Note that YIPS Australia and New Zealand INC is now registered for the Goods and Services Tax (GST) which is additional to your ticket price.

Please contact us at events@yips.org.au if you wish to register and pay for a group of 10 or more attendees (all of whom must be YIPs members and subject to ticket availability).

Can I purchase tickets on the event, at the door?

Unfortunately, all tickets MUST be purchased online prior to the event.

NO TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR.

How may tickets are available?

There are only a limited number of tickets for all YIPs events (due to size of venue, catering etc) so get in early to avoid disappointment. Note maximum tickets per order in most cases, is five (5).

Should the event sell out you will be able to register your name on the event waitlist - if tickets become available, you will receive an email advising you of ticket availability. It is best not to rely on this as we are VERY popular!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please bring your ticket or download the Eventbrite app for Android & iPhone. Your ticket is your entry to this event and we will scan the QR codes on those tickets to gain entry.  Each ticket is unique and cannot be reused or transferred.

What is the refund policy?

Refund on tickets purchased are available via the Eventbrite website up to 5th July 2017

To cancel a ticket you will need to log into the Eventbrite site using the same email address you used to register for the event originally.

After the refund cut-off date, no refunds will be available on tickets purchased as we will need to confirm numbers to the venue in question.
