Unwind + soften with a slow paced, restorative practice to encourage deep rest and nourishment. Quiet the mind, soften the body and enter a portal of relaxation.

This month our Yin practice is accompanied with a grounding Yoga Nidra practice (yogic sleep). Through this practice, you'll develop your ability to release held tension and constriction and connect with the earth's grounding vibration.

This practice will allow you the experience deep presence, cultivate stillness, feel connected to he physical body and soften mind chatter, leaving you feeling deeply rejuvenated. Limited to 8 people.

Our Yin Yoga classes offer a deeply restorative practice thoughtfully designed to enhance flexibility, promote relaxation, and cultivate mindfulness. These sessions emphasize holding seated and reclined postures for extended periods, which specifically target the connective tissues, joints, and fascia to improve overall mobility, release accumulated tension, and support long-term joint health.

What to wear/bring:

  • We have yoga mats, bolsters and blocks avaialable - however you are welcome to bring your own.
  • You might like to bring a light blanket/ throw, or an eye pillow as well (these aren't required, however please bring anything that will allow you to feel supported and comfortable)
