Feel like you could do with a little Yin to balance out all that Yang in your life?
Join the lovely Loren on Wednesday nights at 7:30pm as she guides you over the next eight weeks to discover the joys of this practice.

What is Yin?
Yin Yoga consists of mainly seated and supine asana (postures) held for long periods of time, and often supported by props. The long holds serve to strengthen the fascia (connective tissue) of the body; helping to improve joint mobility. YIN Yoga offers a complete practice within itself but is also a very complimentary practice to the more flowing (vinyasa) style of yoga offered during our OPEN classes. YIN Yoga can improve bloody circulation, digestion, reduce stress and anxiety and simply help us to slow down.

The course runs from Wednesday 4th July and costs $160, or is all inclusive for members.
