Join us for this 8 week series as we journey through yin yoga forms themed around the 6 main meridian pairs and various fascial lines. Each week we'll be exploring practices to promote balance in both mind and body. This is perfect for those who are in need for some down time to recharge and connect to their inner vitality.

You can expect a fusion of mindfulness meditation, yin yoga forms and breath practices.
