About this Event
Unlike yang styles of yoga such as Hatha or Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga consists of floor-based postures which are held for long periods of time to enable us to get deeper into the body.
This creates a slow moving, relaxing style class, with lots of mini-meditations as we hold the poses and take our focus internally.
A holistic practice, it will improve range of motion, strengthen joints, increase flexibility and calm the mind leaving you feeling centered and relaxed.
This class is accessible to all levels, if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me.
