This SUT event is proudly organised by the YES! (Young Engineers & Scientists) Committee and will visit Oceaneering, Baker Hughes & Australian Marine Complex.

Programme:

9:15am – Meet at Barrack Street, Barrack Square

9.30am – Depart Barrack Square

Tour of Oceaneering facility

Tour of Baker Hughes facility and Lunch

Tour of Australian Marine Complex facility

4.00 pm Arrive back at CBD Barrack Street, Barrack Square (approx.)

Inclusions: Return coach, lunch and guided tours of all 3 facilities. 

Dress: Safety boots, safety glasses, hard hat, long sleeves, long pants and hi-vis vest/top are required.

Site Visit registrations are online and will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

To confirm your place at the above event, you must register and pay online prior to the event. As this event has previously sold out, early registration is recommended. Please note, online registration closes at 12pm on the 6th May (unless sold out prior).

Payment during the registration process (via credit card or invoice) is required in order to secure your place/s. If using credit card it will be deducted at the time of registration and an email confirmation and email receipt/tax invoice from Eventbrite will be forwarded to the stipulated email address. If invoice requested, it will be sent to your email address at time of registration and payment will be required within 14 days from receipt of invoice. If payment is not received within this time your registration may be cancelled.

This event costs $20 for Student Members, $25 for Members, $30 for Non-members. Return coach, lunch and guided tours included in the fee.

Registrations are editable online via your eventbrite registration link until 2pm on the day. 

Registrations are fully refundable up until 1 week prior to the event.

Cancellations - No cancellation fee is charged if notice of more than 30 days is given (of the event start date). Refunds can be requested on Eventbrite.

Should your notice be less than 30 days (of the event start date), full paid amount will be forfeited.

COVID-19 - Should our event be postponed due to government regulations surrounding COVID-19, attendees will have the option to have their ticket transferred to the postponed date or receive a full refund.
