Event description

Description

Studied Australia’s Balance of Payments this Term and you’re still confused?

In this HSC Kickstarter Holiday Workshop, we’re going to help you master the Balance of Payments from Topic 2 of the HSC Economics syllabus!

This workshop will be delivered in a live, interactive online format with an experienced teacher.

In this 3-hour workshop during the school holidays on Monday 20th April from 1.30pm-4.30pm, we will help you:

  • Master your knowledge of Australia’s Balance of Payments, Direction of Trade and Financial Flows

  • Develop your understanding of Exchange Rates and Australia’s Policies regarding free trade and protection

  • Kickstart you into Topic 3: Economics Issues and Economic Growth so that you’re ready for next term!

  • Apply your knowledge to typical HSC exam questions

Why is it important to master this now?

The Balance of Payments is a central part of the HSC Economics Course – it interacts with Exchange Rates, External Stability, and Economic Policy all significant parts of the course.

If you don’t understand and master Balance of Payments, it makes the rest of the course considerably more challenging!

What’s included?

  • 3-hour workshop run by an experienced teacher

  • Small personalised class – so you’re not one of 100 students in a big lecture room. We cap the sessions at 12 students maximum

  • Lesson notes and practice questions to help you master the Balance of Payments

How can I attend and what is the cost?

Seats are strictly limited to 12 spots, so book your place in our class today!

Investment: $120 (incl GST) for 3 hour workshop
Date: Monday 20th April
Time: 1.30pm-4.30pm

Covid 19 Update:

Due to ongoing concerns around COVID-19, this workshop will be delivered digitally via an online web conferencing platform and online whiteboard to ensure students and families can stay safe and healthy.
