A program of 1 day, 2 day, and 3 day short instructional or refresher courses in Yantra Yoga as well as auxiliary practices including Respira breathing and physical conditioning. Supplemented by Talks + Q&A about 'History & Theory of Yantra Yoga', and 'Yantra Yoga & Tibetan Medicine'.
At Namgyalgar, In the beautiful Glasshouse Mountains on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland.
- Saturday 30 July: Breathing & Yantra Yoga
- Sunday 31 July & Monday 1 August: Yantra Yoga Base Level
- Wednesday-Friday 3-5 Aug: Yantra Yoga Pranayama (prerequisite applies)
- Saturday & Sunday 6-7 August: Yantra Yoga First Level

Tailor your own program of 1 to 8 days (separate tickets available for each part) +/- Talks (also ticketed separately).
Choose to pay the recommended price for each ticket, or donate as you see fit for each ticket.
The only program component which has a Prerequisite is-
- Wed 3 - Fri 5 Aug: Yantra Yoga Pranayama. This requires that the student has received Transmission from Dzogchen and Yantra Yoga Master Chogyal Namkhai Norbu, or from Yeshi Silvano Namkhai. Students who have this prerequisite are encouraged to attend the previous long weekend courses as a refresher before the Yantra Yoga Pranayama course itself.
Apart from the above, each other program component may be taken alone or in combination with any other part.
For best results, it is recommended to attend the first weekend (or even better, ‘long weekend’ incl Monday) before attending the second weekend; but this is not mandatory.
All prospective students do need to be in sound health and fitness, and free of any serious injury.
Participation is also possible online via Zoom. If you choose to participate remotely, or if you are unable to attend certain days in person, including If you are ill at the time/s, we will provide a Zoom link for online participation.

A Unique Yoga Experience
Synchronising every movement with conscious breathing we find ourselves in a perfectly relaxed state. Each yoga sequence performed in Yantra Yoga aims to guide the breath into a natural harmony with the mind and body. One of the oldest recorded systems of Yoga that exists in the world, for centuries Yantra was a closely guarded secret reserved for advanced yogic practitioners. Understanding the immense benefit it holds for everyone, Yantra Yoga was first introduced to the West in the 1970s by one of the foremost Dzogchen masters of our time, Chögyal Namkhai Norbu.
The system of Yantra Yoga contains a wide range of movements that can be applied by everyone. It is a superb method for attaining optimal health, relaxation, and balance through the coordination of breath and movement. This fundamental and rich method is connected with the profound essence of the Dzogchen Teachings, although a Yantra Yoga practitioner does not necessarily need to follow a particular spiritual path, therefore anyone can practice it without limitation. It has been offered for the help of finding the true natural state.
