Targeted at Primary School aged children, the 2-hour school holiday program begins with a full factory tour - discovering the different elements of how Yakult is made.

In our education room, we learn about the digestive system and healthy eating. We explore how foods and drinks pass through our digestive system, and what happens at each stage. Then we explore the five food groups from the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating and children get to create their version of a Healthy Lunchbox based on what they have learned! After watching the Yakult Man cartoon, which explains the importance of a healthy and balanced diet, while enjoying a bottle of Yakult, we then enjoy a craft activity using empty Yakult bottles.

All visitors are required to use the QR check-in and those aged 12 and above are required to show proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Please note - The facility has 4 levels of stairs, with lift access available (for those with wheelchair/mobility impairment). We advise that the minimum age in order to attend a Yakult Australia Factory Tours is 2 years old and above. There is no pram/stroller access at our facility, children should be able to use the stairs unassisted. Visitor safety is of the utmost importance to Yakult Australia, and we apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
