La Trobe’s new academic profiles are an excellent way to communicate who you are as a scholar and researcher.

About this event

La Trobe’s new academic profiles are an excellent way to communicate who you are as a scholar and researcher. Their new features can help you tell your career story more effectively and engage your preferred audiences, partners, and communities.

This workshop provides an overview of what a strong bio (and profile overall) can do for you and gives you the chance to update or write your bios - and review them with peers - within the session.

Facilitator: Dr Tseen Khoo is a Senior Lecturer in the Research Education and Development team. She is always enthusiastic about helping researchers build their reputations and digital presences. Tseen teaches and writes about online communities, researchers and social media, and blogging. She co-founded the internationally recognised research development and research culture blog, The Research Whisperer.

Who should attend: La Trobe Researchers who'd like to enhance their academic profile entry.

All queries should be directed to RED.GRS@latrobe.edu.au
